The Synch Longtail Monkey 2 Seater Electric Bike 250W, a remarkable retro-style e-bike designed for two riders. Assembled and crafted in the UK, this bike boasts exceptional quality and comes with a 2-year frame and forks warranty, as well as a 1-year electronics warranty.

Crafted with a durable 6061 aluminium frame, the Synch Longtail is built to withstand various terrains and riding conditions. Powered by a 250W Bafang rear hub motor and a 36V 15Ah battery with the Cadence sensor or a 48V 16Ah battery on the torque upgrade, this bike delivers reliable performance and offers a range of up to 50 miles on a single charge. With a charge time of just 5 hours, you'll be back on the road in no time.

Equipped with front forks suspension, Shimano 7-speed gears, and Tektro hydraulic brakes, the Longtail ensures a smooth and controlled riding experience. The 20" x 4" tyres, available in various tread patterns, provide excellent traction and stability on different surfaces.

You're able to customise this bike with accessories such as the front LED headlights mudguards, and a rear Topeak rack, offering convenience and practicality for your rides. With a rider height range of 5'4" to 6'6" and a load capacity of 120kg, the Synch Longtail accommodates riders of various sizes.

All Synch bikes are built to order and current production lead time is 2 weeks on all Synch Super Monkey models. Designed and assembled in the UK the Synch Classic Super Monkey bikes come with a 2 year frame and forks and 1 year electronics warranty.

Please note the LED front headlamp is not included in the price and is an optional extra. 


 

How is the frame size measured?

Most E-bikes are measured from the centre of the crank to the base of the seat post tube. However, some E-bike manufacturers may measure their bikes differently depending on their style.

Cancelling your order: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ecobikecompany.com or on 0333 050 3189. Please include your order number when contacting us. If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return. Returns - Changed your mind If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. Eco Bike Co. can help arrange the return for a charge of £50 - a courier will be sent to pick it up from you & return it to the manufacturer.   Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden. Great urban cruiser as long as your city has no hills!

Lovely to look at, comfortable ride but hill performance is lacking. Only to be expected as this is a hub motor. Manages 18 miles on a single charge but don't expect to be able to go more than a snails pace without pedal assist. Having said all that it is thing of beauty and ideal for urban environment (as long as there are no hills). My kids love riding on the back. We use a kids motorcycle harness to make sure they don't wobble off.

Synchgo Super monkey Longtail

Excellent purchase. Got it within two weeks. Love cruising around on it, even with someone on the back it is effortless. Haven't moved the car for weeks!
