We’re a group of keen cyclists based across the UK, with a central London hub, passionate about making e-bikes more accessible.

The Eco Bike Co. team practice what we preach: we know what we’re talking about when it comes to e-bikes.

2. We ship our e-bikes fast - and for free

Unlike some retailers, we offer free standard shipping on all our e-bike and scooter purchases to the UK mainland.

In our warehouse, just outside of Nottingham, we offer an incredible White Glove Build and Delivery Service, ensuring that your bike arrives ready to ride. Our experienced delivery drivers are e-bike experts themselves who take extra care with every order so you can enjoy a seamless experience. Plus, they’re more than happy to spend time answering any questions – it's all part of the service! If you didn't want to opt for the full build service, why not opt for our pre-delivery service option instead to ensure your bike is unboxed, checked over and serviced prior to boxed delivery. If neither of the above are selected, your bike will be shipped to you free of charge as we receive it from the manufacturer.

We provide estimated delivery dates on all of our product pages, with our customer support team on hand to support with any queries or questions about when your bike will arrive.

3. Warranty on all e-bikes

As an authorised dealer for each of the top-of-the-range brands listed on our website, Eco Bike Co. are able to offer full manufacturer warranties on all our orders.
