How is the frame size measured?

Most E-bikes are measured from the centre of the crank to the base of the seat post tube. However, some E-bike manufacturers may measure their bikes differently depending on their style.

Returns
Cancelling your order: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ecobikecompany.com or on 0333 050 3189. Please include your order number when contacting us. If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return. Returns - Changed your mind If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. Eco Bike Co. can help arrange the return for a charge of £50 - a courier will be sent to pick it up from you & return it to the manufacturer.   Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden. Outstanding!

I’m not normally one to write online reviews and I must admit that I was a little sceptical when purchasing my first e-scooter. However, ecobike company were informative, helpful and passionate about what they do. I was not disappointed in the Ampere Go scooter.

It has been a fantastic purchase and I can’t recommend it enough. I use it on a daily basis to get around a large site at work. There are a number of my colleagues with alternative options, none of which compare to the scooter from ecobike company! Whether it be range, speed comfort or looks the Ampere Go wins it all.

It's always a test of faith buying a product without a review. Which is what I did, on the advice of Jared (company employee). It was the best advice this year!
This scooter is an absolute beauty! Fast, powerful, very well built & gorgeous to ride. I'm using for work commute & it's great. It's a real head turner. Everybody & their dog either wants one or a go on it.
The hill to work is between 10 - 15 degrees. I occasionally have th use it like a manual scooter, using my leg for a push, but this maintains a 10mph speed. The hill is really long & steep in parts, & its a breeze to fly up it. All in all, I'm VERY pleased with this beast. For the price, build quality, specs & operational use, I can't recommend the Ampere Go enough. If/ when you buy this, you'll be disappointed you waited so long. Absolutely brilliant.
Also, the whole process of buying, delivery & setting up (4 screws on handle bars) was a pleasure. From me paying, it took 2 days to arrive. TWO DAYS!!!! Jared was exceptionally good, very knowledgeable, polite & great to deal with. All in all, an exceptional scooter from an exceptional company. Thank you.

So powerful!

I've used a couple of scooters before and felt they were a bit 'tired'... in terms of acceleration, its definitely got a strong kick. Highly recommend.
