As someone who is new to the world of ebikes and hasn’t been on any kind of bike in about 20 years I feel greatly comforted by the 2year warranty. It’s reasonably priced and if I needed to replace my bike in that time it would cost a lot more than that. My only slight criticism is I don’t have a lot of paperwork about the policy or about my bike in general. It would be nice to get a bit more info on things in general and that’s the theme of everyone’s feedback I’ve read so far.
