At Eco Bike Company we aim to provide you with the best possible price. For this reason, wherever possible we will try to match a competitors lower price on one of our products.

To request a price match, you can email our customer support team at info@ecobikecompany.com.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PRICE MATCH REQUEST:

  • Same model year
  • Same colour
  • Same size
  • Same condition
  • Competitor is based in the UK.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Proof of competitors lower price is required
  • Competitor price must be available currently
  • Product must be same brand, model and size
  • Product must be in-stock and available at competitor / on their website
  • Product price must include all applicable costs, inclusive of delivery
  • Price match cannot be used in conjunction with any additional Eco Bike Company promotions
  • Price match request subject to approval from Eco Bike Company
  • Eco Bike Company reserves the right to decline a price match request for any reason
