I have been delighted with the quality of both the service and the standard of the bike itself!
The bike arrived within days and the battery fully charged which was great
Phone calls ( always variable with many companies) was first class and I have to thank Sam for her efficiency!
I had a couple of extra items and am delighted with the outcome!
I have had 2 previous e bikes but this is clearly the best!
