Ampere Deluxe Step Through Electric Bike

I have been looking at several different companies to supply a new e bike. Went into a couple of big stores which left me cold. Found the eco bike company checked out the reviews and went for it. My wife is absolutely chuffed to bits with her blke and the company seems first class as well I would highly recommend

I am an elderly lady used to Dutch bikes in the past.
After months of research, I found the Ampere de Luxe e-bike. As I live in the Highlands of Scotland, I had a few questions about the rough terrain I would cycle on. After having sent pictures of the terrain, the initial service and advice from Eco bike personnel have been excellent. Delivery was within 2 days, very well packed. The bike rides very well in the hills, tires are good, step through / low instep works perfect.
The instructions were not adequate for me, after having sent an email, I had an immediate response, very impressed with this service, 5*! Thank you to all staff, amazing.

After riding my new bike regularly for 2 weeks, it is proving to be just what I wanted. Comfortable, easy to get on and off and with adequate pedal assistance for all my rides. Excellent bike at a good price.

I haven’t ridden it yet however have sat on it. It’s as described fits me perfectly as I am only 5ft tall. Lovely colour and looking bike. Customer service is very good answered all my queries and kept me informed from start to finish in the process of purchase. I would definitely recommend this website .

Great so far everything I expected from an E bike

My wife and I each bought an Ampere e‑bike from Eco‑bikes and couldn’t have asked for better service. We had plenty of questions while trying to find the right bikes for us, and every one of them was answered quickly and clearly. The Ampere bikes are fantastic and suit our needs perfectly. I went from not riding a bike in years to cycling to the different towns around me and learning the best routes to ride to work after just over a week of having the bike.
The motor is excellent - I can get up hills easily even without it on the highest assistance level. It is quiet and the buttons are right next to the handle so they are accessible while riding without having to look. Having indicators helps make me feel safer knowing that people can see when I'm going to turn even after I have to stop signalling with my arm and the horn is loud enough that I have no doubt a car would take notice.
The bike looks fantastic - the stone blue colour is beautiful. It almost seems a shame to ride it and make it dirty, but I enjoy it too much not to.

Being under 5ft tall it's difficult to find the right size bike, but this is perfect.
I use it to commute the 8km to work and back
Its a joy to ride.
I had no issues assembling the bike when it arrived.
Thank you again.....oh and the little attention to detail adding the county I live in to the frame made me smile 😃

Very comfortable riding position, great uphill power assist and when required with the very efficient hydraulic brakes such an added bonus. All round a e-bike I would definitely recommend.
