Returns
Cancelling your order: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ecobikecompany.com or on 0333 050 3189. Please include your order number when contacting us. If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return. Returns - Damages & Faulty We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@ecobikecompany.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. If your bike develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Powerful yet stylish

I've owned and used this bike heavily for the past 10 months and after using it for this period I can happily report that I am very happy with the performance and range of this bike. The addition of the Throttle makes hill starts a breeze. I use it for a part time delivery courier too and on a full charge I am able to ride around Bristol (very hilly) for easily over 3 hours on power rating 3/5, and 4-5 for the steeper hills. This could much easily be increased to 5/6 hours of continuous riding on the more economical power settings if in a flatter city. One thing I did experience was damage out of the box, with the derailer being bent and also had some issues with the cranks/ bottom bracket, but after reaching out to Eco Bike Co they quickly helped resolve the issue and offered financial compensation to allow me to get it fixed in a shop. After adding some better parts, like cranks and brakes, this bike is now much better. I'd say the brakes will need replacing as they aren't the best quality but will last for a good 6 months of heavy use, but do consider going for something more robust, maybe even hydraulics. Once you learn how to take off the back wheel, swapping flats with new inner tubes becomes easy and not much more tike consuming than normal. Bike seems very waterproof, use it in all conditions, very wet at times and still no issue. Just make sure to dry it off before storage to prevent rust. All in all, very good bike that is still going strong.

Ampere Alter Electric Bike.

Though the bike itself is very good, it took several weeks to work out how the rear light worked. The video that was sent soon explained how the light worked.
I was surprised that the lady I spoke to didn't know about it and no mention is made about it in the manual supplied. She also said I couldn't have the £30 that the leaflet talks about .,when I ordered the bike. It was a first time buyer which it says qualifies me for the payment! Sad.
