How is the frame size measured?

FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS. Cancelling your order: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ecobikecompany.com or on 0333 050 3189. Please include your order number when contacting us. If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return. Returns - Changed your mind If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. Eco Bike Co. can help arrange the return for a charge of £50 - a courier will be sent to pick it up from you & return it to the manufacturer.   Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden. Ampere Mode Folding Electric Bike

I bought an electric bike through my work using the cycle to work scheme. I rang the ecobike company helpline prior to filling in my application just to clarify a few things and double check that you were part of that particular cycle to work scheme. The people I spoke to on your helpdesk were very helpful and made me feel much more comfortable about completing the transaction. They even put the bike I required to one side while the paperwork for the bike scheme was processed. Once it was, I emailed my information directly to them and they processed my order and within 2 days my bike was here and I'm very happy with it.

A beautiful bike!

Had this bike two weeks now and it's a great comuter bike I haven't ride a bike for over twenty years and after a few miles I can't wait to get back on it, infact i have bought another one exact the same for the wife and the electric assistance is fab ok I'm not reaching the said 40 miles distance on a charge no where near but I'm using the battery alot at the moment until I build up my fitness eco bike are great at responding to a couple of little issues I had but great service Thank-you ecobike

Ampere Mode

Bike took much longer to arrive than stated on website. (Two and a half weeks instead of 5-7 days). Had to chase up with several phone calls kept getting promised it will be sent in the next day or so. Then eventually had an email to say it had been dispatched and within 3 hours it arrived. Just as well I was at home as this was very little notice - not the 24hrs I was told I would get. On opening the box I found the bike had several scratches and chips, some of which had already been painted with touch up paint and others just left. I was then offered a reduction in the purchase price and promised some more paint to complete the touch ups. The paint has yet to arrive.
Overall the Bike is what I wanted shame about the time it took to get to me and its condtion when it arrived. Custmer service could be better. Shouldn't mislead with the expected dispatch date.

I have only ridden the bike a few times so far, but apart from maybe shock absorbers that stil allow there to be heavy contact, all is well
