Ampere Deluxe Step Through Electric Bike

Wow what a bike the Ampere Deluxe is! It's a beautiful, bike, wish I had purchased one sooner. It is of quality build and comes with all the extras of a panier rack, mud guards and lights. I bought the smaller 10ah battery and it does plenty of miles for my commute to work. The extra boost up hills with the electric assistance is amazing. So if you are thinking of adding the throttle in my opinion is not needed. You can bearly hear the motor and the gears are very smooth between transition. A lovely upright position when riding and the saddle is the best I have come across without pain. I would definitely buy this bike again if I had to. Ecobike had brilliant customer service and the bike delivery turn around was just two days! Very well informed on the delivery times and updates and the gentleman who had delivered my bike was friendly and helpful. So all round very pleased I purchased this from Ecobike.

I’m thrilled with my new bike . I bought the throttle accessory to help me with hills and so far so good . A quick responsive bike that has enabled me to cycle once again after a long term injury has left me with a weak left leg .

Bowled over by this e-bike, which has ticked every box for me and more. The workmanship and quality of this bike is outstanding for the price. I bought my previous e-bike to see if I liked it and the Ampere was an upgrade from that. It was like changing from a Mini to a Range Rover. Everything it does is outstanding and the addition of a hand throttle is invaluable when setting off half way up a steep hill. Makes the task much much safer. Gears are good, the power is amazing (I opted for the larger capacity battery) and the comfortable seating position and ride is lovely. Saddle provides additional comfort too.
My comments about this bike are very similar to the many reviews I read about this great bike before I decided to buy, unseen. I have no reservations about recommending this bike……It’s the best ever for the price!

This bike has met all my expectations. I have been looking for a suitable ebike since April. I have riden a good number then finally found this bike with everything I wanted. My maiden trip was easy, smooth, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. No getting off my bike and pushing it up hills it rides as though you are on the flat road. I'm thrilled with my purchase ☺️

Absolutely love it. Few issues on delivery as had a flat front tyre and the gears slipped. Immediately dealt with as took into local repair shop as advised. Payment swiftly returned to my account. Excellent service. Excellent bike

A really well thought out and well equipped e-bike. Very well made, with high quality parts and at an incredible price. The bike is easy to ride being very stable and it’s also very quiet and comfortable. I live in North Wales so the ability to deal with hills is important and with its high torque motor it does this with ease.
However I do think the manual needs updating there should be a separate manual for the new bike and the display unit is complicated if you want to alter things like changing kph to mph - I think some straightforward and simple instructions should be available for this. If these details were dealt with the bike would be perfect.
The staff at eco bikes are very helpful and will go out of their way to help they even provided me with a short video explaining how to change the display from kph to mph. If you are in the market for an e/bike then I would give the Ampere Deluxe some very serious consideration.

Great bike, very pleased with my purchase. I really like the shape/design of the handle bars. Gear levers really easy to use. Battery is locked into the frame and came fully charged. I bought the 18” frame with 700c tyres, I’m 5’4” and was comfortable height for me. Only disappointment was the instructions to put the bike together, not very clear and appear not to have been up dated for the 2022 version of the bike. Also so far have’t been able to change onboard computer from Km ph to miles ph.
Received excellent customer service from Eco Bike Co. Ordered 2 Ampere Deluxe bikes in light blue and grey on 07/10/22, delivered 11/10 unfortunately 2 blue bikes. Emailed Eco Bikes that evening, received reply promptly next morning with apology, advising can arrange delivery and collection for Friday 14/10. Was happy with this day. 14/10/22 Courier delivered grey bike and collected 2nd blue bike at same time.

I was concerned about buying a bike on line, the online support was brilliant, really help and gave lots of advice. The bike its self is amazing, great power, easy to ride and easy to assemble.
