If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ecobikecompany.com or on 0333 050 3189. Please include your order number when contacting us.
If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately.
Please note – when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return.
Returns - Changed your mind
If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. Eco Bike Co. can help arrange the return for a charge of £50 - a courier will be sent to pick it up from you & return it to the manufacturer.
Please note – the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.
Returns - Damages & Faulty
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@ecobikecompany.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
If your bike develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to info@ecobikecompany.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
Please note – any fault caused due to misuse of the bike is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric bike to avoid voiding your warranty.

Purchasing the Emu Evo Ebike has been life changing for me, as I suffer with asthma but now get propelled up the hills, with no more struggling. Only wish I had bought one sooner, recommend to anyone, sarah.
I love this bike but a couple of problems have occurred, 1, my seat is coming away and the other is whilst riding my bike the handlebars collapsed, some kind of bolt had come away which I hadn't noticed I had to put a stick through to try and get home but it didn't work and my husband had to pick me up, I use my bike to commute to work so had to do a quick fix from another bike shop
Great bike, lightweight and easy to set up and ride. The controls are super easy to use and I've so far only had to use level 1 assist as it gives a super boost. It could maybe do with a few higher gears, but really not a problem. Definitely would recommend it.
I am very pleased with my bike ,It’s more light weight than my old one .It’s easy to ride and great around the hills where I live .I am able to get up the hills in just power 1or 2.

Light and practical with smooth power delivery. Wend for the step through which is a smaller frame size than the crossbar (beware).. It could benefit from a higher gear ratio as it’ll go fast on the flat (non assist) and leg speed limits pace. Customer support great.
Fast efficient, sleek stylish. You can hardly tell it’s an electric bike with its hidden battery.
Loving the step through as it means I can wear a skirt or dress. With the electric assist pedalling I don’t think twice about any journey I have to make as hills just aren’t a factor for a cycle journey anymore.
I can go anywhere I need to go wearing what I like to where I need to be.
It’s powerful enough that I’ve hardly used more than level 2 to get me up the hills where I live. It’s given me a new confidence to enjoy cycling.
After lots if research I bought the Emu Evo Step Through. I was a bit nervous about spending this much money online without seeing the product, but it is better than my expectations!
Good things about the Evo are that the setting can easily switch from zero, so I can use it as a normal bike with the info on the screen and exercise, but have the support there at the touch of a button when on my very hilly commute!
It is beautiful to ride and doesn’t look or feel like an electric bike, the battery is so quiet too and very powerful - I have very steep hills but have only needed setting 2 out of 5 so far!
Delivery of the bike was delayed twice but the ecobike team responded immediately with each communication and I received my bike within 2 weeks.
The free hip lok bike lock is also brilliant quality
The only thing to consider with this bike is that with an inbuilt battery I will need to bring the whole bike in the house to charge, and once the battery is worn out I won’t be able to easily buy a new battery pack.
All in all it is a brilliant purchase for commuting in hilly Devon and feels like a very high spec bike which is beautiful to ride. I’m so glad I purchased!

Warranty excludes wear and tear parts.
The Warranty is conditional upon the bicycle being operated under normal conditions and use, and properly maintained. An annual service from one of Emu’s authorised service centres is a condition of the Warranty.
