Right from my first enquiry to delivery of the bike, Sam was absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly and totally approachable.
The bike itself exceeded all my expectations. It’s a good looking bike, so I suggest you get the super heavy duty lock from ecobike. It’s quite easy to fold/ unfold. I live on a first floor flat and it’s not horrendous to cart upstairs.
I bought the ‘big bum’ seat for a very good reason 😀 and it’s brilliant. I rode for 13 miles and didn’t feel the pain I usually do.
Overall, you’re in goods hands with ecobike - and the bike is fantastic, absolutely love it.
Lovely to ride, very comfortable bike. Easy to change level of assistance and whilst I have only done a few miles at a time the battery has hardly used any charge. Only slightly difficult bit was putting the bike together. The instructions weren’t easy to follow and the tiny pictures were difficult to place on the bike. I had to ask a bike loving neighbour for help.
What can i say, its powerful its easy to assemble, and its so comfortable to ride and i had a few questions and ampere where there straight away to answer them so glad Jarrad recommended this bike
Amazing yet again, I have had 3 e-bikes and a scooter from ecobike company, ive had a Bgb buffalo alpha, legend etna, a ampere go scooter, and now a ampere hilux pro, the company have always been knowledgeable and easy to get hold of via chat on website, phone or email great customer service, i have had 2 issues both dealt with amazingly the legend etna the lock broke on the battery after a couple of months phoned up within a week i had a replacement lock at my door shipped from Spain and a manual on how to install correctly, and when i ordered my newest bike the ampere hilux not my initial choice but had a call from jarrad explaining there was a issue with my original choice as supplier wasn't available in UK and straight away had a recommendation for a alternative which i went with. The only thing i would say that could be improved is communication via updates as all other deliveries had been within a week and this one has been 3 due to issue ampere delivered in 2 days, maybe i could of been updated rather than ask for updates on chat maybe a quick text/email. other than that great job again by Jarrad and Sam and always make the ordering process easy

Very comfortable, not too heavy for me, (71yr. female). Very quick response from sensor to motor kicking in. Assist levels acceleration impressive. Ecobike Company very helpful.
Great bike, solid build. The pro’s 2 gear motor makes a huge difference over the normal model. Also thanks to the Eco Bike Company for being super helpful and making the ordering process with a cycle scheme voucher so easy.
I purchased an Ampere x trail bike from eco bike company through cycle scheme .
They were absolutely fantastic with the help and getting everything sorted for me ,the bike was delivered a day after my order went through , after I recived my bike they sent me emails to links for helping put the bike together and any other help I required, the bike itself is very nice to ride, the electric motor activates after one rotation of the pedals, absolutely love this bike i highly recommend it thanks for eco bike company for sorting this for me
Very happy with the bike, looks great, is compact and light when folded and rides very smooth. Delivery was very fast however the packaging didn't have much padding to protect the bike. Only drawback for the bike was the seat being very uncomfortable but was easy to change out for an alternative one.
I was looking for something for the final 3-4 miles of a commute with some pretty steep hills in. The ADO Air 20 Pro Folding Electric Bike is working out perfectly. It's about as light a folding e-bike as we could find at around 20kg (with the battery) and has an easy-to-use folding mechanism that means we can pop in the boot of the car with minimal fuss. With its automatic 2-gear system, the hills are easily navigable, and I breeze past the traffic trying not to be too smug. The bike looks great and the range so far seems to be good too. Very pleased!
Loving the Juicy Bike Roller. The service from the guys at eco bike have been really helpful. The delivery was prompt and on time. The bike was super easy to put together and it’s a joy to ride. I haven’t cycled for about 10 years. It’s gonna be a lot different for the next ten now!
Having encountered some absolutely appalling service from Evans Cycles I had trepidation about reaching out to another company in case I encountered the same. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Eco Bike company responded to my enquiry within 10 minutes and the whole process from enquiry to delivery of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL bike was a week. I simply could not have asked for more. I am unable to ride it at the moment after surgery but am counting down the days until I can give it a blast around the island I live on. Thank you team!
