I just love my new Hikobike. The eco company were brilliant and so helpful with advice. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed
I would like to give you 10 out of 10
A really comfortable and easy ride! Thanks very much.
I looked at a number of e-trikes, but my main priority was build quality with a full range of safety features and was EAPC compliant for use on all road cycle legal areas.
I found this in the Revom T2 and contacted eco-bikes to discuss outstanding questions.
They were and continue to be extremely helpful which confirmed my decision to place an order with them.
I have now used it for 2/3 weeks and have not been disappointed, the 48v 250w motor has more than enough power and cycling on any of my local gradients has been done with ease.
Many of my neighbours are very impressed and has certainly given them “food for thought”
No regrets on my purchase and highly recommend Eco-Bike Co.
A very good e-bike in every respect
Great bike. BGB great customer service. Warped disk on delivery. New one sent out the next day. Good power for pulling up hill no matter the steepness.
Im a mum of a 1 year old, 5' 7, not a mega cyclist, but keen to get into biking as we're about to get a motorhome and I expect Ill use it quite a bit. I was looking for a hybrid electric bike, something not too technical, but dutch style with a more comfortable ride than my moutain bike, which ive had for 8 years. My check list was, front & read suspension, comfy seat, not too heavy, low step through and assisted electric power. Every bike I looked at was minimum 3k and was far to technical. I spoke to Jarred over chat who did convince me this bike would be perfect for what I wanted. I was initially concerned that it had an 'own brand' battery, but so far I am so happy I took the risk.
It was relatively easy to put together. I put the front wheel on the wrong way round initially, so the break disc didnt engage, quickly resolved. I plan to put a baby seat on the pannier, which was included, as well as a decent stand and mud guards. The lights, front and back are great and the indicators were a total bonus. Over all Im very pleased. These bikes have great reviews and Im told being made in the Uk means they're very reactive with parts on the rare occasion.
If youre on the fence - just buy it! You wont regret it!
First of all the Eco Bike Company are brilliant, very helpful and honest, this is my first E-bike, infact first bike I've owned in years.
The Ampere X-Trail is fantastic, looks great and is a joy to cycle, even without using the motor, but when it comes to using the PAS it's amazing, going up a hill is soooooo easy.
Only time will really tell how good this bike is but that's the same for any bike.
But if your think about buying an E-Bike I highly recommend using Eco Bike Company and if you haven't got a massive budget, the Ampere X-Trail is a class purchase.
No, seriously, this bike is da bomb! Never had an electric bike before. Can't understand why, now. Would recommend this to anyone. Well, unless you have a ton of stairs, because it's pretty heavy, but if my rheumatic knees can easily pedal this along and cope with any hill with just a little bit of motor assistance, then anyone can ride this.
I recently bought a Juicy Roller electric bike from this comapny. The service I received was excellent. The bike arrived within a few days and any questions I had about delivery or anything specific to the bike were answered promptly by using their web chat. I will certainly use them again
I have two children and decided to sell my old bicycle after they were born as riding it was (how to put it delicately), too painful! My youngest is nearly 3 now and I miss out on fun family time when they go out on their bikes.
So, with a little emotional blackmail, my husband was convinced to buy me a new bike for my birthday. We have been out several times now and I enjoy cycling again. I love the look of the bike, I have the green one, and it’s comfortable to boot. I’m so happy with my new mode of transportation.
The bike was easy to assemble and to make it fit me. With lots of standard components it will be cheap and easy to maintain and replace parts like brake blocks etc. It rides well and although I haven't ridden the battery flat yet the range is impressive. My old panniers fitted on the rear pannier rack and completly cover the battery so it dosent even look like an e-bike. The battery is quite heavy but I have been charging it on the bike and only removing it to put on the car rack. Then the bike is actually lighter than my partners alloy non electric bike. We did need to buy a 'false crossbar' to hang it on the car rack. Very pleased with the quality and also how quickly it arrived. I would have been happy to pay the small extra cost of 'unpuncturable' tyres but the tyres supplied are good quality and slightly puncture resistant. So far nothing to dislike at all.
Absolutely love my bike. Beautiful ❤️ lovely to ride. Massively reduced my knee pain using an electric bike. Definitely recommend.
My wife and I have had our folding bikes a little while now. We bought them mainly to take in our caravan, but we use these Alter and my Mode quite often. Our other two Ampere bike are kept safe in our secure and warm bike shed. We do bring them out to keep them moving and lubricated. We've had our previous Ampere for about three years or so but they are still like new. We are taking our newer folding bikes away next month to France (in the caravan) as I'm much too old to ride from Blackpool to France. All our Ampere bikes are fantastic and I am so pleased and happy we have got them all from Eco-Bikes. So again a big thank you to all the staff, and for keeping in touch 😀.
