Ampere X-Trail Electric Mountain Bike

I purchased an Ampere x trail bike from eco bike company through cycle scheme .
They were absolutely fantastic with the help and getting everything sorted for me ,the bike was delivered a day after my order went through , after I recived my bike they sent me emails to links for helping put the bike together and any other help I required, the bike itself is very nice to ride, the electric motor activates after one rotation of the pedals, absolutely love this bike i highly recommend it thanks for eco bike company for sorting this for me

I%27ve+had+my+bike+for+2+weeks+and+it+runs+smoothly+with+no+problems%2C+would+highly+recommend+it.+It+has+all+the+holes+drilled+to+fit+a+back+rack+but+unfortunately+there+was+no+information+which+rack+will+fit+ampere+still+trying+to+find+one.+

First of all the Eco Bike Company are brilliant, very helpful and honest, this is my first E-bike, infact first bike I've owned in years.
The Ampere X-Trail is fantastic, looks great and is a joy to cycle, even without using the motor, but when it comes to using the PAS it's amazing, going up a hill is soooooo easy.
Only time will really tell how good this bike is but that's the same for any bike.
But if your think about buying an E-Bike I highly recommend using Eco Bike Company and if you haven't got a massive budget, the Ampere X-Trail is a class purchase.

What can I say? Received my Ampere X-Trail Electric Mountain Bike last week and built it myself. Jarred gave me the best advice as I’m 6’6’ I am now riding a 21’ frame on 29’ wheels. It’s awesome and far superior to what’s out there @ a very reasonable price too, a lot for your money. Thanks Eco-bike Company, mega!! 😍

Received bike quickly and it was easy to assemble had ordered a throttle and it wasnt in the order but 1 phone call and it was quickly resolved .thanks to team for that. The bike looks amazing only been out the once it was great but will review again in a few months time.but everything so far been amazing.5 stars

I purchased the ampere x-trail through the eco bike co, and they proved to be a very helpful and responsive team. The bike was delivered promptly after ordering on the date given, and was well packaged. The final assembly was straight forward with all the tools needed supplied with the bike. The enclosed manual was for a different make of ampere bike, which may have caused some confusion to someone with limited practical skills. The bike initially functioned as it was meant to, but then lost all power assist. After some investigation by the team at eco bike co and the Ampere technician, it was diagnosed as an incorrectly adjusted brake lever sensor at manufacture, and was easily adjusted by myself, and all has worked fine since. The bike is sturdy and appears very well made, and does all it promises very well. I as other customers have mentioned, would recommend getting the throttle switch lever, as it proves very useful for those hill starts. The display/controller is very easy to use, offering an array of information and data. I would recommend eco bike co and ampere brand.
