How is the frame size measured?

Most E-bikes are measured from the centre of the crank to the base of the seat post tube. However, some E-bike manufacturers may measure their bikes differently depending on their style.

Assembly
Ampere bikes come 85% assembled, this is to ensure the bike is safely transported to you. To complete assembly the handlebars need to be attached, the front wheel (& mudguard) need to be attached with the quick release, and the pedals need to be screwed on. If you have any questions please do reach out, we're happy to send a manual ahead of delivery for you to familiarise yourself with what's required for assembly. All tools are included with the bike.
Delivery and Returns
FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS. Cancelling your order: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ecobikecompany.com or on 0333 050 3189. Please include your order number when contacting us. If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return. Returns - Changed your mind If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. Eco Bike Co. can help arrange the return for a charge of £50 - a courier will be sent to pick it up from you & return it to the manufacturer.   Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden. Returns - Damages & Faulty We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@ecobikecompany.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. If your bike develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. What is they're to say bike arrived put remaining parts on awaited a couple of other things I'd ordered elsewhere to go on, n away I went have some mild to medium hills around here so had a play with help settings to see which was preferable , my choices were 3-5 as been a while since I've rode a bike plan is to do more than the 10 miles I did but building up . In short loving the bike as it's getting me out.

great bike

this is my first electric bike and I spent a lot of time researching what I could afford, this is great value for money and I am happy with my purchase.
A little difficult to fully assemble - as no manual but was able to find this online and complete myself ( I am no Bike mechanic either!!).
I purchased a different saddle and am loving my comfy commute to work, charge is good and overall a great bike.

Just acquired my first e bike and what a great bike it is, well built and plenty of torque. Upgraded to the 16.5ah battery for the extra miles and the lcd display, well worth the extra money. Did have a slight problem with the speedometer not registering the correct speed but this took less than 2 minutes to resolve after a quick phone call..Great after sales customer service and would highly recommend this company...
