Returns
Cancelling your order: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ecobikecompany.com or on 0333 050 3189. Please include your order number when contacting us. If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return. Returns - Changed your mind If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. Eco Bike Co. can help arrange the return for a charge of £50 - a courier will be sent to pick it up from you & return it to the manufacturer.   Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. Excellent Bike

I love this bike. I use it for commuting and for taking our Cocker Spaniels out running through the local parks nearby (which they love). If you think you'll spend time on rough terrain I can confirm it has no problem whatsoever and I can easily stay ahead of the dogs. For normal road use it's great as well, although you have to get used to leaning into the corners due to those fat tyres.

It's worth noting that it's a big bike and very heavy, ideally you won't be taking this up and down stairs often. Even getting the battery in and out requires some strength and skill as you'll be holding the bike, hinged open 90 degrees with one hand, and taking the battery out with the other, although this is easy enough once you get the hang of it. You avoid this by charging the battery directly via a plug on the bike frame, if you have mains near where you're storing it. I'd also recommend getting a timer for the socket to avoid over charging. Charging from near empty to full takes 4 to 5 hours. I have the 10Ah battery which lasts me 2 days before I charge it but I use it a lot, I might have opted for a higher Ah in hindsight but I'm happy with it's capacity as it stands.

In answer to the other review, the battery level reading changes depending on the load you're putting on it. So if I crank the assistance level up from 3 to 5 then in will, based on the current level of use, say I have less charge in the battery than before as I'm draining more charge at that point.

E movement panther

The only down side to this bike is the battery, I don’t really feel like it gives a correct reading as it’s constantly going up or down and never constant. I have however only rode it 50 miles so I’m not sure if it needs to be charged a few more times
