The Humber Flex LT+ is a powerful and spacious longtail electric bike with wide 4” tyres, created for those who want ultimate stability, comfort and flexibility in one bike. The robust frame and long luggage rack provide space for two child seats or a double seat, while the AVS+ system at the front and rear makes it easy to add bags, baskets or transport boxes.
The wide tyres provide sure-footed traction and comfort – whether you're riding on asphalt, gravel or cobblestones. Combined with hydraulic disc brakes and dual kickstands with Smart Lift, the Flex LT+ stands stable in all situations – even with a full load.
The powerful Promovec rear hub motor with 60 Nm of torque effortlessly pulls both you and your load forward, while the centrally placed battery ensures good weight distribution and long range. The user-friendly graphic display can be connected to the Promovec e-connect app via Bluetooth, so you can customize and monitor your ride digitally.
How is the frame size measured?
Most E-bikes are measured from the centre of the crank to the base of the seat post tube. However, some E-bike manufacturers may measure their bikes differently depending on their style.

Flex LT is a Longtail version of the regular Flex bike. Here you get even more space and the possibilities are many. The optimized design of the frame makes it easy to get on and off the bike. The double kickstand with Smart Lift makes parking a breeze - even with a high load. Flexible AVS+ system allows for the installation of baskets, child seat, bike bags, and more of up to 10kg in the front and 54kg in the rear. The extended rear rack also allows for two child seats or the installation of a double seat (optional).
Ultra-Wide 4" Tyres for All-Terrain Comfort
The signature feature of the "Plus" model is the 4-inch wide VEE Tire Speedster tyres, which provide incredible traction and act as natural suspension. These fat tyres ensure a sure-footed and comfortable ride over potholes, cobblestones, and gravel, significantly increasing rider confidence. The wider contact patch offers superior stability, which is critical when the bike is carrying a high centre of gravity with passengers in the back. This makes the Flex LT+ one of the most comfortable and stable cargo bikes available for unpredictable UK road surfaces.
Enhanced Hydraulic Braking with 200mm Rear Rotor
To safely manage the weight of a loaded longtail bike, the Flex LT+ is fitted with Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes. The rear brake features an oversized 200mm rotor to provide maximum stopping power and heat dissipation, ensuring the bike can be brought to a safe halt quickly. This premium braking setup offers consistent, one-finger modulation in both wet and dry conditions. It provides the essential peace of mind required when navigating busy traffic with children or valuable cargo on board.

Cancelling your order:
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ecobikecompany.com or on 0333 050 3189. Please include your order number when contacting us.
If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately.
Please note – when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return.
Returns - Changed your mind
If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. Eco Bike Co. can help arrange the return for a charge of £50 - a courier will be sent to pick it up from you & return it to the manufacturer.
Please note – the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.
Returns - Damages & Faulty
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@ecobikecompany.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
If your bike develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to info@ecobikecompany.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
Please note – any fault caused due to misuse of the bike is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric bike to avoid voiding your warranty.
