Legend Etna Smart Folding Electric Mountain Bike 250W

My partner and I got bikes 3 months ago (Ampere Deluxe & Legend Etna Folding) and we're happy to report that we've been so delighted with design, build quality and performance. We got the higher spec batteries as it's pretty hilly around Bath where we live, and there are so many cycle routes to explore! We had a few issues with delivery and assembly, but all were dealt with swiftly to our complete satisfaction. The foldable Legend mountain bike is great for journeys on the train, without the need to book a bike space. We would recommend Beeline Velo2 navigation and Halfords high-powered lights for off road cycling.

I am not an expert on ebikes, but I know enough about them to compare with others, and the Legend Etna is a beast of a bike. Its not only realy well built with solid good quality components, it moves very swiftly and smoothly on the road. I bought this bike for commutes and the weekebd leisure ride, however I've not had a chance to test it out thoroughly. I can say that it handles, London roads very well, especially the more bumpy, potholes that are about more often at present. Appearance wise, the photos don't really do it much justice, it really is a stunning futuristic bike to look at. You can see the quality.
If you're a gadget person you'll really like the MySmartBike Mahle App, it's very handy to keep track of your use and how you ride your bike, but also it has the abilty to allow you to fine tune the Legend Etna to work more to your personal taste, it really is a smart bike in that sence, being able to customise is great. However, it works great on its standard default settings.
As for the folding mechanism, its really useful for storing, it folds to nearly half the length of the bike. However it's still a bulky bike, its not supposed to be portable , so I wouldn't expect to carry it on trains etc as part of your daily commute, this bike is built for the whole commute.
All in all it's a great fun ebike, and with the options to add on Accesories it's definitely something you'll have pride in, and the Mahle Mysmartbike app, will likely update and improve in time, meaning more interesting features to add to your bike functions. If you want a fun, exciting bike, l'd go for it. I'm not an MTB rider so cannot recommend that, but for street riding and some offroad its a beast!!

Very well put together bike, easy to finish assembly. The additional accessories pack I ordered with it was obviously designed for the bike so all went on very well. Only been out on them a couple of times so far but both myself and my wife very impressed so far!

One of the most versatile ebikes on the market: good quality, good component, folding, full suspension, gears, usb connection, removable battery, hydraulic brakes, good geometry... what else?! Perhaps just some accessories, like kickstand and a simple bike computer to use without phone. Very satisfied overall
